For years, we were the ones searching for parts that didn't exist. Now we make them.
John and Brian have been solving problems together for about fifteen years. John led electrical R&D operations at a truck body manufacturer; Brian worked in electronics distribution and helped him find and build what he needed. Together they developed a long list of successful products for the service body industry.
Along the way, they kept hitting the same wall: the part they needed didn't exist, and few suppliers were willing to work through the details to make it. FormRep was built to be that supplier.
Where we come from. Our roots are in electrical systems for mobile and industrial equipment, which is why Deutsch-style connectors and cable assemblies run through our work. Those electronics needed housings, which brought us into plastics. 3D printing lets us prove an idea quickly before committing to tooling and production.
Where we are now. Our work has grown well beyond where we started. Today we help customers in industries from mobile equipment and industrial automation to medical and janitorial supply, with work ranging from molded bottles to complete product redesigns.
How we work. We work alongside your R&D team, not in place of it. We design, source, and build, and we stock long-lead parts so you're not waiting on overseas shipments. One partner, start to finish.
Ready-made, and made to fit. Our shop carries ready-to-ship products like our DT sealing plugs, cable assemblies, and more. When nothing off the shelf fits, we'll make something that does.
