Shop items
Ready-to-ship items purchased from our online shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll confirm the return and send instructions. Please don’t ship items back without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll replace it or refund it, including shipping.
Made-to-fit and quoted work
Molded parts, cable assemblies, 3D printed parts, machined parts, and tooling are built to your specifications and can’t be returned. Any defects are handled under the terms of your quote and our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations
Shop orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email [email protected] or call 816-782-7800.
